City Road
Just off City Road, this listed, terraced house was in a derelict condition.
Working with the new owner as co-designer, the top floor and roof were rebuilt,
original features restored, aluminium windows replaced with traditional timber
sliding sashes and a new kitchen and bathrooms installed. The overgrown garden
was also cleared and replanted.
